Gwen is still convinced that she can train the cat to use the computer. I really admire her persistence.

We’ve been on a big cleaning and organizing kick around the house. I keep coming across long lost bicycle computers. Now if I could just use them I would be really happy.

I must admit that this is really a pretty awful picture. However, I was really feeling some sympathy for the poor person who has to line up and put all of these "on sale" stickers on the freezer doors.

Grace and I made an invasion across enemy lines into that dark place known as the mall. Actually, we had a great date night of sushi and a movie. The movie was The Artist which most of America has probably already seen, but I finally got a chance to see it now.

I really needed to get out of the office for a lunch this week, so I made a break for it when no one was looking.

I am working on a big project for work. It’s a big challenge and a worthwhile endeavor. Unfortunately, it means that many evenings look just like this.

I had a blast at the Jonathan Coulton/They Might Be Giants show in Tulsa at Cain’s Ballroom.. This belated birthday present (the show was originally scheduled for September) really made what was otherwise a pretty tiring week. I got to talk to some old friends who I hadn’t seen in a long time, see one of my all time favorite bands and spend some quality time with my darling. What’s not to like!

Plus, it was great to see that lots of other nerds like me escaped their IT departments for the evening.

It was a horrible day of car troubles. Grace’s car’s engine light came on last night. And now I have two tires with slow leaks. So for an exciting morning off, I spent it siting at the tire store so we can have at least one car in good working order.
